My turducken and my Sashimi Napolean

Here are photos of two of my favorite dishes to make. The top photo is a Sashimi Napolean. The orignical recipe is from the Hileamiali Country Store in Maui. I make it bigger with full won-ton sheet. It's the best salad ever invented as far as I'm concerned. And there it is in my kitchen, ready to eat in 30 minutes.

The next photo is a turducken, home made and fresh from the oven. That is a bunch of work. Boning a turkey is hard work, and I take every bone out. No wing bones no leg bones at all. Boning the duck is a lot easier and boning the chicken a snap if you've got some practice. Then it's just assemble, roast, slice and eat that wonderful creation.
